Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Quit Smoking Coach app ("the app") collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is made by FunPixelNest Technologies LLP ("we"). Contact: info@funpixelnest.com.
The short version
- You can use the app as a guest. Then your quit plan, logs, check-ins and notes stay on your phone.
- If you sign in with Google, we store your progress in your own private cloud space so you can restore it on another phone. Only you can read it.
- We never sell your data, and we never use your smoking logs, triggers or notes for advertising.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Premium removes them.
- You can delete your account and all cloud data from inside the app at any time.
What we collect

Notifications and sharing
Reminders and motivational messages are scheduled on your phone. When you share a progress card, only that picture is shared, through the app you choose.
Service providers
We use Google services to run the app: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob and Google Play Billing. They process data on our behalf under Google's terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not share your data with anyone else, except if required by law.
Security and storage
Data sent to our cloud is encrypted in transit. Our database rules let each signed-in user read and write only their own records. Data may be stored on Google servers outside your country.
How long we keep data
Cloud data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your cloud records, leaderboard entries and account are deleted. Guest data stays on your phone until you clear it or uninstall the app.
Your choices and rights
- Use the app without signing in.
- Turn off analytics and crash reports in Settings › Privacy.
- Change ad consent in Settings › Privacy (where available).
- Delete your account and data: Profile › Settings › Account › Delete account and all data, or see how to delete your account.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or for corrections, by email.
Children
The app is meant for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Health information
The app gives general wellbeing support and information. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
