Delete your Fuerzaa People account
Fuerzaa People accounts are created by your employer, so deletion goes through your company's HR team or through us.
Ask your HR team
- Ask your HR or Admin user to remove your login: in Fuerzaa People they open Settings › Users & roles and deactivate it, or record your exit (logins are deactivated automatically after the last working day).
- Your account then stops working immediately on all devices.

E-mail info@funpixelnest.com from the work e-mail address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Fuerzaa People account" and your company's name. We confirm the request with your employer, delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and all sign-in sessions on your devices.
- Information that is only about you and that your employer does not have to keep: for example your profile photo, selfies and field-visit photos, notifications, helpdesk messages and praise.
What may be kept
- Records your employer must keep under Indian law, such as payslips, salary, tax (TDS / Form 16), provident fund, ESI and attendance used for payroll. They stay with your employer for the period the law requires and are then deleted.
- When a whole company closes its Fuerzaa People account, all its data is deleted within 90 days.
On your phone, uninstall the app to remove its saved sign-in and settings. See also the privacy policy.
