Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Fuerzaa People app and website (hr.funpixelnest.com, together "the service") collect, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. The service is made by FunPixelNest Technologies LLP ("we"), Hyderabad, India. Contact: info@funpixelnest.com.
The short version
- Fuerzaa People is a workplace tool. Your employer (the company that invited you) creates your account and decides what HR, attendance and payroll information is kept about you. For that information your employer is responsible ("data fiduciary" / controller); we run the service for them ("data processor").
- Your location is read only when you clock in, clock out or record a field visit, to check that you are at your work site. The app never tracks you in the background.
- The camera is used only when you take a clock-in selfie, a field-visit photo or a photo of a receipt or document.
- We never sell your data, show no ads and use no advertising or analytics trackers.
- Each company's data is kept separate; people in other companies cannot see it.
What we collect and why

On your phone the app stores only your sign-in tokens and display settings (theme, light/dark mode). The location permission is used only while you use the clock-in or field-visit screen; you can deny it, but your employer may then not accept clock-ins from your phone.
Who can see your data
- Your employer's HR, Finance and Admin users, according to their role (for example only Finance and Admin see salaries).
- Your manager: your leave, attendance, regularisation and expense requests and your team's attendance, including clock-in locations and selfies.
- Colleagues: the directory, org chart, announcements, praise, and who is on leave (not the reason).
- FunPixelNest: only to run and support the service, fix problems or when your employer asks us to, never for our own purposes.
Service providers
The service is hosted on Vercel (application and file storage) with the database on Neon (PostgreSQL). Invitations and password-reset e-mails are sent through our e-mail provider. Maps are drawn with OpenStreetMap tiles, and field-visit addresses are looked up with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service (which receives the coordinates, not your name). These providers process data on our behalf; we do not share your data with anyone else, except if required by law.
Security and storage
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; sign-in tokens are short-lived and renewed securely. Every company's data is isolated, and access is limited by role. Data may be stored on servers outside India.
How long we keep data
Your data is kept while your employer uses the service. When you leave the company your account is deactivated, but your employer may keep your HR, attendance and payroll records as long as Indian law requires (for example tax, provident fund and payroll records). When a company closes its Fuerzaa People account, its data is deleted within 90 days.
Your choices and rights
- See and update much of your own information in the app (Profile, Tax declaration).
- Ask your employer's HR team to correct or delete information. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and similar laws where you live) you can ask for access, correction and erasure, and nominate someone to act for you.
- Delete your account: see how to delete your Fuerzaa People account.
- Deny location or camera permission on your phone at any time (Settings › Apps › Fuerzaa People › Permissions).
- If your employer does not respond, or for anything else, e-mail us at info@funpixelnest.com; we will pass your request on to your employer or handle it ourselves where we are responsible.
Children
Fuerzaa People is a workplace tool for employees aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is important.
