FunPixelNest ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile games across a variety of genres. This Privacy Policy applies to all games and services we offer, which fall into the following categories:

Simple, pick-up-and-play games with no monetary stakes.
🧩 Genre Games
Puzzle, action, strategy, RPG, and other genre-specific titles.
🃏 Social Casino Games
Casino-style gameplay using virtual currency only — no real-money gambling.
🏆 Skill-Based Games
Competitive games using the Skillz platform where real-money prizes may be available.
Each game type may involve different data practices. This policy covers all of them comprehensively. Where a section applies only to a specific game type, it is clearly marked.
2 Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of FunPixelNest mobile games (iOS and Android), our website at funpixelnest.com, and any related services or platforms we operate.
By downloading, installing, or using any FunPixelNest game or service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Age Restriction: Our services are intended for users aged 13 and older. Users in regions where the digital age of consent is higher (e.g., 16 in parts of the EU) must meet that local requirement. Skill-based games with real-money prizes are restricted to users aged 18+ (or 19+ in some jurisdictions). See Section 10 for our Children's Privacy policy.
3 Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically.
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Username, email address, and password if you create an account or sign in via a third-party service (Google, Apple, Facebook).
- Player profile: Display name, avatar, and optional profile details you choose to share.
- Customer support: Messages, screenshots, or other information you send us when seeking support.
- Survey & feedback responses: Optional responses to in-game surveys or beta programs.
3.2 Information for Skill-Based Games (Skillz) — Skillz-enabled titles only
- Identity verification: Legal name, date of birth, and government-issued ID information as required by applicable law and the Skillz platform for prize eligibility.
- Payment & tax information: Bank account or payment details, and tax identification information for prize payouts, collected and processed by Skillz, Inc.
- Tournament history: Match results, scores, and competitive rankings.
3.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), and hardware specs.
- Usage data: Game sessions, levels played, features used, in-game purchases, and session duration.
- Network & location: IP address and coarse (country/region-level) location derived from IP. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Crash & performance data: Error logs, crash reports, and performance metrics to help us fix bugs.
- Advertising identifiers: Apple IDFA and Google Advertising ID (subject to your device opt-out settings).
3.4 Information from Third Parties
- If you connect via a social login (Google, Apple, Facebook), we receive your name and email address from that platform.
- Advertising partners may share aggregate or pseudonymous data about ad performance.
- The Skillz platform shares match and payment status data with us for Skillz-enabled games.

5 Third-Party Services & SDKs
Our games integrate third-party SDKs and services to provide core functionality. Each has its own privacy policy. Below are the key services we use:

5.4 Crash Reporting
- Firebase Crashlytics – Automatically reports app crashes and performance issues. Reports are pseudonymized.
5.5 In-App Purchases
- All real-money transactions for virtual items are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. FunPixelNest does not store your payment card details.
We periodically review our third-party partners. If we add or change significant data-sharing partners, we will update this policy and notify users where required by law.
6 Skillz SDK – Skill-Based Games
Applies only to FunPixelNest games that feature the Skillz competitive platform.
Some of our games use the Skillz SDK, operated by Skillz Inc., which enables real-money competitive tournaments. When you play Skillz-enabled games, Skillz acts as an independent data controller for the data it collects, in addition to our own data practices.
6.1 Data Collected by Skillz
- Legal name, date of birth, and government-issued ID for age and identity verification.
- Payment information (bank account, PayPal, or other payout methods) for prize disbursement.
- Tax identification information as required by U.S. law (W-9 / W-8BEN forms for prizes exceeding applicable thresholds).
- Tournament history, match results, and competitive records.
- Device identifiers and gameplay data for fraud prevention and fair play enforcement.
6.2 Why This Data Is Required
U.S. federal and state laws require Skillz to collect identity and tax information for prize payouts above certain dollar thresholds. This is a legal obligation, not a choice. Refusal to provide this information will prevent you from receiving prizes.
6.3 Skillz's Own Privacy Policy
Skillz's independent data practices are governed by the Skillz Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it before participating in cash tournaments.
6.4 Age Restriction for Skillz Games
Real-money Skillz tournaments are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 21+ in Iowa and Louisiana). Users under this age may play in free practice modes only.
6.5 Fraud Prevention
To maintain competitive fairness, Skillz and FunPixelNest may analyze device data, gameplay patterns, and network behavior to detect cheating, collusion, or unauthorized automation. Accounts found violating fair play rules may be suspended.
7 Social Casino Games – Special Notice
Important: FunPixelNest's social casino games use virtual currency only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Virtual coins or chips have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
7.1 What Are Social Casino Games?
Social casino games simulate casino experiences — such as slots, poker, or roulette — for entertainment purposes only. They are not gambling products under applicable law in most jurisdictions.
7.2 Virtual Currency
- Virtual coins/chips are used solely to play games within the app.
- They can be earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchase.
- They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
- Purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
7.3 Data Practices for Social Casino
- We collect purchase history for virtual currency to provide customer support and comply with platform requirements.
- We monitor gameplay patterns to detect unusual activity and ensure fair virtual outcomes (RNG integrity).
- We do not require identity verification for social casino games.
7.4 Responsible Play

7.5 Age Restriction for Social Casino Games
Social casino games are intended for users aged 18 and older. They are not available in jurisdictions where such games are prohibited.
8 Advertising & Analytics
8.1 Advertising in Our Games
Some FunPixelNest games are supported by advertising. We may display:
- Personalized ads: Based on your advertising identifier and interest data (requires your consent where required by law, e.g., in the EU).
- Contextual ads: Based on the game content only, not on your personal data profile.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
8.2 Analytics
We use analytics tools (primarily Firebase Analytics) to understand how players interact with our games. This helps us improve gameplay, fix bugs, and build better features. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and pseudonymized form.
8.3 Ad-Free Games
Some FunPixelNest titles are ad-free, either by design or after a one-time purchase. Those games do not use advertising SDKs or display third-party ads.
9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website (funpixelnest.com) uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., session management). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Track aggregate visitor behavior to help us improve the site. You can opt out via your browser settings or a cookie consent banner.

Our mobile games do not use traditional browser cookies but may use equivalent identifiers (device IDs, advertising IDs) as described in Section 3.

10 Children's Privacy (COPPA)
FunPixelNest's games and services are not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. This commitment applies to all our games across all categories:
- Casual & genre games rated for general audiences include age-gating where required and do not collect personal data from users identified as under 13.
- Social casino games are restricted to users aged 18+.
- Skillz skill-based games with cash prizes are restricted to users aged 18+ (or higher in some states).
If we discover or are informed that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will:
- Immediately delete that information from our systems.
- Terminate the associated account if one exists.

12 Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Active account data: Retained for as long as your account is active.
- Deleted account data: Typically deleted or anonymized within 90 days of an account deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
- Skillz prize and tax records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by U.S. tax law.
- Crash and performance logs: Retained for up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: Retained for up to 3 years to resolve disputes and improve support quality.
After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
13 Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards, including:

FunPixelNest is based in India. Your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than where you reside, including the United States and other countries where our service providers (such as Google and Skillz) operate.
When we transfer data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
15 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
